In this publication I want to focus mainly on the recipe of the supplement.
Probably each one of us has been healed with garlic with milk and honey, or with onion juice, which the onion lets out after being covered with sugar or ginger root stock mixed with honey, all these old ways are proven and helpful.
Jivaka is a Buddhist healer and refers to traditional medicine, and it was in his honour that a dietary supplement was named, which prevents and fights all viruses and undesirable bacteria in the human body.
Let’s move on to the formula of this supplement.
Heart trout (Houttuynia cordata)
Ginger
Lemongrass
Ginseng
Amla (gooseberries)
Edible gelatine
Maltodextrin
(Houttuynia cordata)Heart trout:
Due to its high content of active substances, the European cornflower has various health-promoting properties.
The most important are: Antioxidant effect – water extract from the raw material intensifies free radicals uptake and inhibits the xanthine oxidase activity,
anti-inflammatory effect – the plant inhibits the release of pro-inflammatory cytokines, reduces the amount of nitric oxide produced, which affects the immune system,
Antimicrobial activity – this activity is mainly due to the essential oil; it shows activity against bacteria such as:
Staphyloccocus aureus,
Pseudomonas aeruginosa,
Escherichia coli,
Bacillus cereus,
Bacillus subtilis,
Vibrio chlorae,
Vibrio parahaemolitycus,
antiviral action – herbal extract inhibits replication of HIV and HSV-2,
Diabetic effect – essential oil lowers blood glucose levels and increases insulin sensitivity,
Diuretic effect – high flavonoid content is responsible for the diuretic effect.
Ginger:
It treats colds and other viral infections and relieves joint and muscle pain because it is rich in anti-inflammatory substances. It is included in some ointments and warming patches. During the massage a few drops of ginger oil brings relief to sore muscles.
It facilitates digestion. The oil contained in the rhizome helps when you suffer from digestive disorders. It stimulates secretion of saliva and gastric juice, has a cholagogic and relaxing effect, cures flatulence.
It soothes nausea (it is a component of medicines against the car sickness), prevents vomiting after anaesthesia and chemotherapy. It increases appetite.
Reduces platelet aggregation (clumping), thus protecting against thrombosis and preventing thrombosis. It is an essential addition to the menu of people who have elevated cholesterol.
It soothes menstrual pains. It is also worth adding it to food as soon as you notice the first signs of PMS.
It treats migraines, when used regularly, reduces the frequency and number of attacks, it also relieves the accompanying nausea.
It has an anti-edema effect, because the essential oil it contains has a diuretic effect.
It takes care of the oral cavity. It has a disinfectant and refreshing effect, leaves a nice scent in the mouth. Heals infections, stimulates mucus secretion. It is worth rinsing your sore throat with it (put 2 teaspoons of powdered ginger into a glass of very warm water).
It increases concentration and mental performance because it improves blood supply to the brain.
It improves blood circulation, warms up the whole body wonderfully. In Chinese medicine it is considered hot, causing fire in the body. It also stimulates the genitals. Where it grows, in tropical Asia, it is used as an aphrodisiac.
Lemongrass:
In natural medicine in India, lemongrass has been used to treat indigestion and lack of appetite, as well as an anti-cough, diastolic and anti-rheumatic medicine.
The Chinese, on the other hand, believe that a lemongrass-based drink helps relieve headaches and abdominal pain. In South America, on the other hand, the lemon snuffle is used as a mind-brightening and concentration-enhancing agent. It is added to the popular Brazilian drink obtained from yerba mate, giving it a refreshing, lemon flavour.
Modern research has shown that lemon grass has a beneficial effect on cholesterol and blood glucose levels and is therefore recommended in the diet of type 2 diabetics.
Ginseng:
It owes its health properties to the content of many, unique active substances (there are about 200 of them), which cannot be found in any other plant. The most important active substance in the ginseng root is the so-called ginsenosides. Their effect is to increase the ability of haemoglobin to connect oxygen, and thus better supply organs with oxygen. As a result, the amount of energy and the body’s ability to exercise both physically and mentally increases. Ginsenosides also stimulate the immune system and increase resistance to infections and speed up the recovery period. Additionally, ginseng roots contain, among others, sugars, vitamins, minerals and trace elements, which also have a positive effect on the human body.
Amla (Indian gooseberry):
This is the fruit that is best known as a supplement for weight loss. However, amla also has other healing properties. Alma has long been used as a means to improve digestion, cleanse the body of toxins, strengthen the heart.
Edible gelatine:
It is used not only in the food industry, but also in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and various technical applications.
The pharmaceutical industry uses gelatin primarily to make soft and hard capsules and to coat tablets, which makes them easier to swallow and improves their taste.
Maltodextrin:
It is a safe food additive which, when consumed in reasonable quantities, does not cause adverse effects. However, it is very calorific and has a high glycemic index. For this reason it should be avoided by people who lose weight and diabetes. The use of maltodextrins in modified milk is justified because these products are intended to provide babies with an easily assimilable source of energy. In the case of older children who consume normal foods, it is worth considering replacing ready-made porridges with sugar and maltodextrin with those prepared by themselves. For very physically active people, a carbohydrate or carbohydrate/protein supplement with maltodextrin will be a good solution, because in a small volume it will provide a lot of energy necessary for regeneration after training.
You will find out what blockchain and cryptic technology has to do with this dietary supplement in the next publication.
